Of the world's mega-cities, Hong Kong is a personal favorite. I spent 4 days there over the Chinese New Year a few years ago. I'm itching to go back, to stand in the shadows of the city's many architectural trophies, to take in the kaleidoscope of colors and the cacophony of smells. What I loved about Hong Kong was the apparent chaos, that when viewed close enough or from a great enough distance, reveals pattern and order. Not unlike this silk printed dress from Otte.
