Watches are my fail safe jewelry choice when it comes to accessorizing an outfit, mainly because they're functional. I never wear watches, I just check my cell for the time or ask someone, but these are so fun that I would wear them!
Then you really could say, "it's two freckles past a hair" when someone asks for the time!
