After an increase in the number of armed robberies this past fall in my neighborhood several friends encouraged me to sign up for a self defense class. I'm that girl who responds to a startling situations by dropping immediately to the floor and assuming the fetal position. Needless to say, I never did take the class, but this self defense video by Gavin McInnes counts right? So completely adorable.

I took kung fu for 5 years and the best advice I got from my instructor was to kick your assailant in the nuts, scream for help, and run.
